So without further delay, let’s jump into it.
Acquire SoapUI free version:
Let’s take a moment to talk about the plugins:
NetBeans is a Java editor that lets you compose, debug, and run Java code. The SoapUI NetBeans plugin, when combined, enables web service functionality testing straight from NetBeans, converging it into a single development and testing interface.
The SoapUI IntelliJ Plugin facilitates web service functionality testing within IntelliJ IDEA. SoapUI additionally provides command line runners for executing test suites and cases.
In the current edition of SoapUI, a SoapUI Workspace Navigator is included on the window’s left side, providing assistance in arranging projects and test suites, among other elements. Another highlight is the Log tabs situated at the bottom of the SoapUI screen. We will probe into these features thoroughly in upcoming tutorials.
The SoapUI Eclipse Plugin parallels the SoapUI NetBeans plugin but includes a drag-and-drop feature. Java web services can be tested directly from the SoapUI Eclipse plugin, as it comes bundled with the SoapUI libraries.
Geared towards the process of build management, the SoapUI Maven Plugin permits the initiation of scheduled builds at specified intervals during deployment. Build processes are scripted through Maven scripts. Furthermore, this plugin, being integrated with SoapUI, allows for the execution of planned test suites or cases as mock services.
